For more than a decade, I have photographed the streets of Centro Habana and Old Havana to document my neighborhood, connecting with hundreds of people and their stories through small moments and details. I act as a witness and try to lead the viewer into a world where people often struggle in difficult circumstances, yet maintain an essential grace and compassion.
